St. John, from Ellisville, Missouri, started Friday morning off with a close win over the Zion Lions, from Deerfield Beach Florida. For most of the game the teams stayed close in points but the Lions could not hold off St. John. The head coach of St. John was very happy about their first win of the tournament but if focused on taking it one game at a time and hoping they go very far in the tournament this year.
